Kate Saunders MSW, LCSW
Kate is a Master’s Level Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified EMDR clinician whose career has focused on mental health and guiding children and families through complex life events. Kate is passionate about building systems and environments that prioritize individual and community resilience and well-being. She is excited to be part of an initiative that prioritizes solutions to the emotional and logistical challenges faced by working families.
Rachel Steele
Rachel is a Social Worker with nearly twenty years of experience in child welfare. She is certified in the State of Florida as a Child Welfare Professional. Rachel has specialized experience in the areas of adoption and foster care policy development and implementation. Rachel is passionate about improving the care systems available to support adoptive parents.
Brittany Tryzbiak
Brittany is a Master’s Level Licensed Social Worker and military veteran whose career has focused on connecting individuals and families with the resources to help them succeed. Brittany is also a fitness instructor working with pregnant and post-partum athletes and is inspired by the effectiveness of a holistic care approach for women and growing families . She is a fervent advocate for couples experiencing infertility and is excited to join an organization that helps other companies provide critical support to the individuals and families as they navigate todays challenges.
Chyrese Downs
Chyrese is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She earned her Master of Social Work degree at the University of Utah. She has been practicing for six years. Chyrese's experience has primarily been in substance use working with inmates to reduce relapse potential. She has a strong value for family and understands the many challenges that come with balancing work and family. She wants to support and guide individuals on their journey as they establish their own family.
Tonya Davis
Tonya is a graduate of Florida State University where she majored in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. Since then, her career has always focused on helping children and families through social services to improve the odds for lower income families. After twenty years in child welfare, Tonya recently retired as a Program Director over one of the largest Specialized Therapeutic Foster Care Programs in the state of Florida. As a program director, she discovered the difficulties that her employees were having in trying to navigate and understand their general employee benefits, especially when it came to starting or growing their families. She is thrilled to be able to help others grow their families working with Benefit Bump and through the experience she has gained working with various human resource departments throughout the years.
Shay Cross
Shay is a Master’s Level Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor whose experience and work with children and families has created a passion for helping others navigate their growing families milestones. Shay’s experience within the school system supports her understanding of working families trying to find a work/life balance. Shay is grateful to work for an organization whose vision aligns with her passion of helping families thrive.
Sarah Whittington, CPM, LM, CBD
Sarah is a licensed Midwife, and has a rich background supporting families in home, birth center and hospital settings, as they move through preparation, conception and growth of their families. Sarah has worked with a wide range of families, in bilingual and bicultural settings, and strives to provide meaningful and appropriate support to each family’s individual needs. In 2019, Sarah and her partner welcomed their first child into the world, with a natural birth in the comfort their own home, with the support of midwives. This experience solidified her desire to support growing families in wide range of areas, in an effort provide the tools needed to grow their families, staring with a strong foundation from the start. Sarah looks forward to supporting Benefit Bump participants on their journeys to parenthood and will bring her background and experience in the effective and beneficial ways she can.
Lannea Adamson, MPH, MSW, CD(DONA)
Lannea has worked in the field of social service for over fifteen years. She holds master's degrees in both Social Work and Public Health and has taught at the graduate level at the University of Pittsburgh. As her passion for maternal and child health grew throughout her career, she became a certified birth doula and is also a published author, speaker and serialpreneur. Lannea is passionate about maternal health disparities and openly shares her experience with pregnancy loss. She is ready to use her knowledge and experience at BenefitBump to help ease some of the stress and anxiety that comes with expanding a family.
Alexandria Williams-Reich
Alexandria is a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of Texas and was drawn to the field because of a desire to make a difference and destigmatize mental health challenges in the Black community. After completing her Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Houston, Alexandria pursued dual certifications in Full-Spectrum Doula work as well as Childbirth Education fueled by her passion for confronting the outrageous maternal health disparities faced by birthing families in the United States. To this end, she is excited to become a part of Benefit Bump and assist families through any chosen path to parenthood.
