Timeline

Your company champions work-life family values, and we’ll help ensure your actions and words align. With the length of implementation being 45-60 days, our team take pride in streamlining the process of understanding [Client Name] benefits, training our Care Navigators, and creating digital tools based on [Client Name]-provided benefits.

  • After our Kick-Off call and before our first implementation meeting, BenefitBup will gather and review your benefit information. Our team will dive deep into your benefits so that our Care Navigators understand the need-knows and nuances of your benefits for growing families.

  • After reviewing your open enrollment guide, benefit documents, and shared vendor materials, our team will begin to load the app.

  • To ensure that we understand the process for leave, the healthy pregnancy program, and work-life balance supports, our team will meet with vendors to discuss process questions. From how to file for leave to how many therapy visits an employee has through their EAP, we will review all of the important access points employees will interact with as they grow their family.

Bump-inars

BenefitBump participant have access to a variety of informational 'Bump-inars' hosted by BenefitBump. These sessions, ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour, are designed to give you helpful and digestible content to support your family. Bumpinars cover topics like financial literacy for families, healthy sleep for babies, and getting the most out of open enrollment!

 Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes! We encourage participants to invite their partners to join any BenefitBump calls with their Care Navigator, and for them to register online or in the BenefitBump mobile app.

  • No. BenefitBump is for all paths to parenthood and all parents. We provide navigation for pregnancy, adoption, and fertility treatment and support birth and non-birth parents.

  • No. Regardless of their employment type, position, and benefits eligibility, we encourage employees to engage with the BenefitBump program. We will help them navigate their Client Name benefits available to them and connect them with community resources as needed.

  • No. We invite employees to register for the program at any time of the day or year.

  • We know that after employees welcome their little one, life can be hectic. That is why BenefitBump’s support continues in the post-partum and post-placement period. While we will never ‘graduate’ employees from the program, our support tappers off one year after birth or placement. There is an additional program addon called Beyond the Bump that supports families with children ages 1 to 5.

  • For many families, finding available and affordable childcare can be challenging. Our team will help participants develop a childcare plan (in-home vs center vs nanny), access online search tools to find a childcare provider, and optimize their money. While we cannot guarantee that they will find a childcare provider that meets their budget and care preferences, we will work with them to find the best possible childcare solution.
