What to expect from this report:

This study aims to gauge the family-friendly benefits currently offered in 2023 by employers of all sizes, industries and geographies.

4 Trends Identified:

  2. Employers are offering employer paid parental bonding leave and expanding parental leave to both birth and non-birth parents. In our 2021 survey 60% of employers offered parental leave and in our 2023 survey 70% of employers offer parental leave and 78% of those employers offer the same leave to both birth and non-birth parents.

  3. More organizations are offering childcare resource and referral services to support working parents. Childcare resource and referral services were only offered at 55% of employers in 2021, in 2023 67% of employers offer them.
