Congratulations! FirstService Residential is here to support and celebrate you during your path to parenthood, whether this is your first child or your fourth. We are partnering with BenefitBump to create a meaningful gift package for our associates. In addition to great swag, these gifts include helpful information to help you understand and optimize your employer-provided benefits. Great question! Inside your gift box, you will find:

  • A pair of baby socks

  • A binky and binky holder

  • Swaddle blanket

  • Hooded towel

  • Onesie

  • Baby beanie

  • Baby bib

  • Diaper bag

Who is eligible to receive a gift?

To qualify for this great gift, you must meet the below requirements:

  • You must be an expecting associate or the expectant spouse/domestic partner of a FirstService Residential associate.

  • Associates located outside of California: You must have active coverage through an Aetna medical plan. Additionally, you must actively participate in the Aetna Enhanced Maternity Program and complete the prenatal survey.

  • Associates located in California: You must have active coverage through an Aetna medical plan. Additionally, you must actively participate in the Aetna Enhanced Maternity Program and complete the prenatal survey.

    OR

    You must have active coverage through a Kaiser Permanente medical plan. Additionally, you must complete at least one of Kaiser’s healthy pregnancy classes and complete a self-attestation form indicating you have completed a class.

How do I receive my gift?

Associates enrolled in an Aetna medical plan

You must actively participate in the Aetna Enhanced Maternity Program and complete the prenatal survey. Once you complete the required activities, BenefitBump will automatically be notified and will pack up & send your gift!

Associates enrolled in a Kaiser medical plan

You must have active coverage through a Kaiser Permanente medical plan. Additionally, you must complete at least one of Kaiser’s healthy pregnancy classes. Once you have met that criteria, you will need to fill out a self-attestation form.

For all associates who qualify for the gift, a BenefitBump Care Navigator will be calling to check in on you and your family as you prepare to welcome your baby – making sure you are staying on top of your need-to-dos and you are doing emotionally well!
