Between becoming a parent, being a partner, and remaining a valued employee, the mental load of early parenthood can feel like juggling fire. Our 2-week First Time Dads and the Mental Load Peer Support Cirlce will be your crash course in learning to map the logistics, emotions, and planning of being a working parent. You will learn time-saving skills, how to talk like a team with your partner, and build your community of other working first time dads.
This series will be facilitated by a Parent Wellness Expert and will meet for 2 consecutive weeks on Zoom:
