This group offers an educational and supportive space for pregnant individuals, new parents, and partners to learn about emotional wellbeing during pregnancy and the first year after birth. The transition to parenthood can bring joy and excitement, but it can also be overwhelming, and many people experience emotional changes during this time. Through a combination of evidence‑informed information, practical tools for managing stress, and guided conversation, this group will help participants feel more prepared, more connected, and more capable of navigating this major life change.
