Topic: Navigating Parenthood Together: Expert Support from Pregnancy Through Postpartum

Becoming a parent is a major life transition for both the birth parent and the non-birth parent. This 3-part expert-led discussion series is designed to help partners navigate the emotional, physical, and practical changes that occur throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Co-facilitated by a Licensed Midwife (LM) and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), these sessions provide evidence-based education, emotional support, and practical tools to help families strengthen communication, build confidence, and foster connection during this transformative time.

Participants are encouraged to attend with their partner when possible, though all expectant and new parents are welcome.

This series will be facilitated by a Parent Wellness Expert and will meet for 3 consecutive weeks on Zoom:

  • Tuesday, August 11, 12:00pm EDT/11:00am CDT

  • Tuesday, August 18, 12:00pm EDT/11:00am CDT

  • Tuesday, August 25, 12:00pm EDT/11:00am CDT
