Upcoming Parenting Peer Groups
What are BenefitBump Parenting Peer Support Circles?
BenefitBump’s Peer Support Circles involve group sessions that provide support and education to individuals navigating the first year and beyond after welcoming a child. Through these groups, connect with other new and young parents and engage in informative and open dialogue. In addition to Peer Support, explore other events from BenefitBump, like our Parenting Book Club!
How Do Cohorts Work?
Participants meet in groups with others at a similar stage in their parenting journey. Group sessions are 30-60 minutes long and typically include 2-4 sessions. To ensure space for meaningful discussion, we will limit space in each cohort. Each session covers a range of topics relevant to new parents, such as:
Building a support network with other new parents
Skill building to maintain your emotional well-being as a new parent - boundary setting, creating self-care rituals, managing the mental load, etc.
Defining your identity as a parent and re-defining your professional identity
Please Note - To engage in a Peer Support Circle, you agree to BenefitBump’s informed consent.
