This three-week series is created especially with busy working parents in mind who want to build realistic, flexible routines that work for their families. Through honest conversations, simple tools, and shared experiences, we will find ways to create and recreate the structure and consistency that busy schedules thrive under.

This series will be facilitated by a Parent Wellness Expert and will meet for 3 consecutive weeks on Zoom:
