Join us for this two-part Expert-Led Discussion around understanding stress in our kids and how to support without adding more pressure. Each session is centered around ways to support those stressful moments our kids go through, and how to navigate it from a caregiver perspective. The first part of the series will focus on stress and behaviors in children. The second part of the series will focus on building coping skills.
This series will be facilitated by a Parent Wellness Expert and will meet for 3 consecutive weeks on Zoom:
