A two-part discussion group for parents of toddlers that focuses on navigating the excitement, disruptions, and emotional ups and downs of the holiday season. As families prepare for celebrations, gatherings, and changes in routine, participants will explore practical ways to support their toddler's emotional well-being and emerging social skills. Through expert guidance and peer discussion, parents will learn how to manage expectations, anticipate common holiday challenges, and respond to big feelings with confidence. The group will also examine how holiday events can become opportunities for learning, connection, and social development. Participants will leave with realistic strategies to help their family enjoy a more meaningful and less stressful holiday season.
