Navigating Early Breastfeeding: Overcoming Challenges & Building Confidence

This 2-part discussion group will guide you through common early breastfeeding hurdles, including latch difficulties, milk supply concerns, and nipple discomfort, while helping you recognize what’s typical versus when extra support may be needed. Through evidence-based education and practical, real-life strategies, you and your partner will learn how to identify feeding cues, support effective latch and positioning, and build a more comfortable, sustainable feeding experience. This group is designed to help you approach early postpartum feeding with clarity, confidence, and reassurance.

This two-part series will meet for 2 consecutive weeks on Zoom:

  • Tuesday, June 16, 12:00pm EDT/11:00am CDT

  • Tuesday, June 23, 12:00pm EDT/11:00am CDT
