This two-part discussion group offers mothers a compassionate space to explore how perfectionism shows up in their parenting—and how to loosen its grip. This group will use guided discussion and practical tools to help participants learn to recognize unrealistic expectations, challenge internal and external pressures, and cultivate a more flexible, self-compassionate approach to motherhood. 

This two-part series will meet for 2 consecutive weeks on Zoom:
