Expert-led discussions around understanding the invisible mental load caregivers carry when raising school-aged kids, and how to lighten that load without guilt or added pressure. Our time will be focused on identifying the things that weigh on our minds and then we will discuss ways to manage these thoughts as well as tangible ways to take action.
