Parents of children ages 1-5 are invited to join an expert-guided discussion focused on understanding self-compassion as core component of parent wellness. This is a supportive space to connect with other parents where you can share your experiences in parenting. The group will explore common sources of parent guilt, learn from each other’s strategies, and practice self-compassion in parenting.
This series will be facilitated by a Parent Wellness Expert and will meet for 2 consecutive weeks on Zoom:
