Potty Training with Calm and Clarity: Readiness, Methods, and Real‑Life Strategies

Parents of children ages 1-5 are invited to join a supportive, expert-led cohort to focus on navigating the potty-training journey with confidence. We will meet on Wednesdays May 13th and May 20th. This is a space to learn alongside other parents who are working through similar toilet training milestones. In our first session we will explore signs and readiness and compare different training methods. The second session will center on workshopping real-life strategies together and strengthening your own parent resolve and self-regulation to support helping you stay calm, consistent, and connected throughout the process.

This series will be facilitated by a Parent Wellness Expert and will meet for 2 consecutive weeks on Zoom:

  • Wednesday, May 13, 12:00pm EDT/11:00am CDT

  • Wednesday, May 20, 12:00pm EDT/11:00am CDT
