Join us this June for Screen‑Smart Families, a two‑session, expert‑supported cohort designed for parents of children ages 1–5 who want to feel confident and intentional about screen use. Over two Wednesdays—June 3 and June 10—you’ll connect with other parents, learn what the research really says about screens in early childhood, and explore how to align screen‑time choices with your family’s values.
In Session 1, we’ll break down the science behind young children’s screen use and guide reflective conversations about what matters most to your family. In Session 2, we’ll turn insight into action—workshopping realistic routines, boundaries, and strategies that support healthy habits while leaving room for the flexibility real life requires.
This cohort is a supportive, judgment‑free space to get clarity, build confidence, and create screen‑time practices that truly work for your family.
This series will be facilitated by a Parent Wellness Expert and will meet for 2 consecutive weeks on Zoom:
Wednesday, June 3, 12:00pm EDT/11:00am CDT
Wednesday, June 10, 12:00pm EDT/11:00am CDT
