New Parent Roadmap: What to Expect the First Year

The first year of parenthood is a time of incredible growth, learning, and change for both parents and babies. Alongside the joys of new parenthood come challenges such as sleep deprivation, feeding concerns, changing relationships, work-life balance, and adjusting to a new family dynamic. Join us for an educational discussion group designed to help working parents build confidence as they navigate the realities of the first year.

Participants will gain practical insights, evidence-based guidance, and supportive strategies to manage common challenges while prioritizing their family's well-being. Whether you're expecting, recently welcomed a baby, or preparing for a return to work, this group will provide tools and an open discussion space to help you navigate this transformative season.

This two-part series will be facilitated by a Parent Wellness Expert and will meet for 3 consecutive weeks on Zoom:

  • Tuesday, November 3, 12:00pm EDT/11:00am CDT

  • Tuesday, November 10, 12:00pm EDT/11:00am CDT

  • Tuesday, November 17, 12:00pm EDT/11:00am CDT
